Ornate Box Turtles and Three Toed Box Turtles

All of our Box Turtles made it though their winter cool with good weight and are already eating their fill. Our male Ornate Box Turtles eyes have turned red, their legs are beautiful autumn colors red, yellow, and orange and their heads are turning light blue. The sub adult Three Toed Box Turtles are also changing to their adult colours and we could not be happier with the group.
Our adult Ornates and Three Toeds successfully bred before starting the winter cool and we are expecting to see eggs within the next couple of months.

This past week we have had a clutch of Three Toed Box Turtles laid and a clutch of Ornate Box Turtles laid. Both clutches look good and we expect to see hatchlings in a couple of months.
